International Women's Supervisor of the Church
The
International Women's Supervisor and Assistant Women's
Supervisor for the fellowship and organization of Christ Churches of God in
Christ, USA- International Inc., are the senior officials of the women's department. They are to help in
carrying out the goals and objectives given to them by the Presiding Bishop of
the fellowship and of the Executive Board. The Women's Supervisor is to report
to the Presiding Bishop's office on a weekly and monthly basis on her activities
in the women's department. The women and the Women's Supervisor provide the
yearly agenda for the women of the church.
The Women's Supervisor is to work with the direction of the Presiding Bishop in a yearly agenda for the activities within the women's department. She is responsible for all women's day functions and events in our national meetings. Which are the Laborers' Convention in April and the Holy Convocation in November. Once a year the women of this fellowship will hold a National Women's Convention and she is responsible to promote, setup, and organize this meeting and consult with the Presiding Bishop in these matters of National and International importance.
She is to be a leader and an example to all the women of this fellowship both in obedience and in her monthly support and giving to the fellowship and in the national work. Reports are also required from her when she is directed to do so. The Women's Supervisor is an effective communicator to explain the goals, objectives, and vision of Christ Churches of God in Christ, USA-International and the women's department. One of the ways is through the National Publications that will be sent out on a monthly basis.
The Women's Supervisor and Assistant Women's Supervisor are to encourage women, letting them know that they can do all things through Christ that strengthens them.
Also, the Women's Supervisor is to be a member of Christ Churches of God in Christ, USA-International Inc. and is actively in ministry or participating in a local church that is a member of Christ Churches of God in Christ, USA-International She is there with her Pastor and her local Jurisdictional Bishop and should support the events and activities of said Church and Jurisdiction.
She is also available to visit and support the local churches in her area and at the National, Regional, Jurisdictional and local levels.
